1. All orders must be placed through our website.
2. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive the product within 3 to 5 days.
3. Products can only be returned if the quality is poor or damaged upon delivery.
4. In case of damage during delivery, please inform the delivery person immediately.
5. Products will not be accepted for return after the returnable period.
6. Upon delivery, the delivery person will explain the charges, including the product price.
7. If your product isn't received within the specified timeframe, you can file a claim.
8. Returned product prices will be assessed and refunded based on proper judgment.
